PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE QUALIFIED ATHLETES FOR THE BATANG PINOY NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP (GOLD AND SILVER) MEDALIST FROM THE QUALIFYING LEGS

STEP 1   –             Register at the Iloilo Sports Complex Secretariat, present the issued Batang Pinoy ID

STEP 2   -             After you get clearance from the registration area , proceed to the Cashier to claim your subsidy (Transportation Allowance – P 3,000.00 and Meal Allowance – P 800.00) Total P 3,800.00

STEP 3   -             You can now proceed to your respective billeting centers indicated below:

                              National Capital Region - La Paz Elementary School

                              Northern Luzon - Baluarte Elementary School

                              Southern Luzon - Jalandoni Elementary School

                              Mindanao - Jaro National High School

                              Visayas - Jaro I Elementary School

WHO CAN AVAIL THE FREE BILLETING PROVIDED BY THE HOSTS

1.   Qualified Athletes (Gold, Silver medalist)

2.   Coaches, Trainers, Delegation Officials

3.   Bronze medalist from the Qualifying Legs

4.   Athletes participating in the National Finals of Wushu, Triathlon, Archery, Basketball 3 on 3

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

I.     Athletes participating in Wushu, Triathlon, Archery, and Basketball 3 on 3 are not included in the subsidy provided by the PSC, only those qualified athletes (Gold and Silver medalists) from the 5 qualifying legs are entitled.

II.    Iloilo Province and Iloilo City delegations in the (10) Qualifying Sports are entitled to meal allowances only.
