HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE BATANG PINOY 2015?
Step 1. Download and fill-up the Batang Pinoy Individual Entry Form and Waiver (Download here)
Step 2. Download Team Roster form for Team Event sports (Download here)
Step 3. You may email the accomplished form together with your scanned birth certificates at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or send to National Events and Competition Office (NECO), Philippine Sports Commission, Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, Pablo Ocampo Sr., St. Malate, Manila

PER SPORT REQUIRED ENTRY FORMS: (Should be submitted together with the Batang Pinoy Individual Entry Form)

For coaches, officials and LGU representatives, fill up the coach and delegation entry form. (Download here)

DURING ON-SITE REGISTRATION:

1. Fill-up Registration Form
2. Attach the following requirements:
Waiver of Medical Liability
Photocopy of Birth Certificate (Also bring Original NSO Birth Certificate for Verification Purposes)
2x2 Passport size picture (for those who do not have picture, you may attach a photocopy of valid ID)
Endorsement Letter from LGU (e.g. signed by the Barangay Chairman, Mayor or Governor. No athlete shall be accepted without accreditation of a particular LGU)
3. Proceed to Screening Committee
4. Wait for your name to be called for picture taking and ID release.
 
FOR ONLINE REGISTRANTS:
 
Proceed to ID releasing section for verification and picture taking.
